“Hi, my name is Sandra Bartkowska and I am a Master of Science in Physiotherapy. I completed my studies in 2018 at Olsztyn University of Applied Sciences, and since then I have been gaining professional experience through numerous internships and placements. Over time, I decided to specialise in urogynaecology and am now a certified urogynaecological therapist”
My work focuses on helping women regain their comfort and health – particularly in cases of urinary incontinence, decreased pelvic floor muscles and other urogenital dysfunctions. I am also fascinated by the impact of facial dysfunction on the pelvic floor muscles, so I have expanded my offerings to include a Facemodeling Programme to achieve both visual and health results.
I am currently preparing for my manual facial therapist exam and certification in Kobido massage. However, this is not the end of my education – I have many plans to further develop and deepen my knowledge to best support my patients.
In my work, an individual approach to each patient and a holistic view of health is crucial. Privately, I am Helena’s mum and every day I try to find a balance between my professional life, motherhood and pursuing my own passions.
